following technique and footwork.
During your salsa lesson you will be taught the footwork and body movements associated with the different salsa styles, along with leading and folllowing techniques. The focus will be cross body style salsa (LA on-1), though a speciality class may include cross body style salsa (NY on-2) Merengue, Bachata or Cha cha.

I'm often asked "What should I wear?" A smile
and
some confidence is all you'll need !!!!
Clothes wise, you can wear anything that you feel comfortable in and
doesn't restrict your movements. Leather soled shoes are best as trainers can restrict movement.
